Lexmark X73 with Cable

Strengths: none

Weakness: Poor scanning quality, poor over all product quality, poor printing

Three words really sum up this product "piece of junk". I have had to exchange my printer 3 times because when I got it home and opened the box, pieces where missing that operate the printer. The last one I exchanged for quit printing after 2 days. Ink cartridges where full.but it only prints skinny lines. Tried the "Clean the print nozzle" feature which only made it worse. Would never recommend...

Lexmark X73 with Cable

Strengths: its plastic.

Weakness: poor quality, drags, verrrrrrry slow. Not a stand alone copier..

This is the worst printer I have ever used. I regret buying this. They got me with the 3 Payment plan. good printer for your worst enemy. I am so stressed out over this printer. 3 sheets of print and the whole afternoon is gone. Do not buy this product. You might want to commit suicide over this printer.Lexmark lets you believe that you can just walk up and make copies. yeahhhh right. I noticed...

Lexmark X73 with Cable

Strengths: nothing to speak of

Weakness: lousy print quality, slow printing, etc.

This printer came with my Dell computer as an added bonus. It has, however, proven worthless as a printer. In order to get even suitable, rough-draft quality in a print-out, I have had to keep my default settings on photo--which slows printing down further than it already is. Additionally, I have tried to print out resumes using the "max-photo" setting, and I still get blotches, and white spaces....

Lexmark X73 with Cable

Strengths: Unbeatable value for money. Easy installation and user-friendly interface.

Weakness: Slow printing speed at high resolutions. Not a stand-alone unit.

For it's dollar value, the X73 has to be the best three-in-one on the market. Although now superseded by the X75, it actually uses the superior CCD scanning system which although bulkier than the CIS scanner in the X75 gives a better end-result. The on-board function controls are easy to use: one shortcoming is that your PC must be powered up for the X73 to operate. I don't have any problem with...

Lexmark X73 with Cable

Strengths: all in one saves room scans fast after warm up ink is refillable has expandablity for photo cartridge wich give 6 colors when removing black ink and putting in cartridge #12a1990 wich is $50 for 2 pak

Weakness: full color does print slower but you get better pics prints fast only in 300dpi black but will print color up to 1200x2400 but will take about 5 min's for photo quaitly pic's

great all in one printer would recommend have never had a problem have filled it 4xs its not printing now but i guess i cant fill it more then 4xs was looking for ink cartridge prices when i saw the reviews here and was disappointed about the bad reviews i would defiantly buy another no other printer has been easer to refill with the same quaitly printing after refilling and those of you with...

Lexmark X73 with Cable

Strengths: All in one unit, saves space!! high quality output.

Weakness: Not the fastest with high DPI output

This thing is great and I recommend it for those who have a need for office equipment but not large on available space. The ease of use is it's real highlight. The user interface right on the unit will allow you to scan to E-mail, Fax or to a file with the press of one button. Truly an innovative design.

Lexmark X73 with Cable

Strengths: Excellent scan (up to 9600dpi, software enchanced!), photo-like color printing on a BUDGET!

Weakness: Rather slow on color high dpi (1200+) print jobs..but not many more negs!

The Lexmark X73 is a breakthru when it comes to ease and budget price for a all-in-one printer/scanner/faxer/copier. This is a MUST add to ANY home office. For less than $150, you get a quality scanner (up to 9600dpi!), and an excellent printer (both photo-like color, and grey-scale/b&w)....plus a copier (both color & b&w), and a fax machine (with included fax drivers for a fax modem). I'm blown...

Lexmark X73 with Cable

Strengths: All-in-one, saves space,

Weakness: It's a little slow in color Hi-Rez but not bad for home use.

This is the second one I've owned (my son has the first one)and we've never had any problems with either of them. My brother has also used one for about a year with no complaints.

Lexmark X73 with Cable

Strengths: When working, it scans and prints with decent quality.

Weakness: Won't work with Windows XP; slow; noisy.

This machine has been nothing but trouble. Almost every week it stops functioning (due to "communication" problems through the USB connection). Multiple (and time-consuming) gymnastics are required each time to get it to work again. Lexmark support is patient, but the problem continues to occur and they won't replace the printer. Won't buy from Lexmark again soon.

Lexmark X73 with Cable

Strengths: I REALLY CAN'T THINK OF ANY

Weakness: PRINTING

DON'T LISTEN TO ANYONE WHO SAYS YOU SHOULD BUY THIS PRINTER. IF YOU WANT TO SCAN AT A HIGH RESOLUTION, YOU'LL FIND IT WANTS TO EAT UP ALL YOUR MEMORY. WHEN YOU DECIDE TO PRINT THE...SAY PICTURE, IT COMES OUT BLOTCHY AND DARK. I THINK THIS THING IS TERRIBLE. I SPENT ABOUT A WEEK TRYING TO FIGURE OUT IF I WAS DOING SOMETHING WRONG OR IF THIS PRINTER JUST DOWN RIGHT SUCKS. WELL, I'M NOW IN THE...
